Open Events and Public Participation
Open the club to outsiders when the club wants to.
Not every activity should be public. But a club that wants new collectors, families, children or schools to participate needs a way to open selected activities without opening everything.
For an open event, outsiders can view the club details and event information, apply or register if allowed, and contact the club through the chosen route. Members-only, invited and application-based activities can remain protected.
The event directory groups activity by type, supports filters and shows the practical actions around a published event: registration or participation, like, share and view.
A parent discovers an open children’s quiz, reads the society’s profile, applies for the activity and receives the committee’s follow-up. The club’s election remains available only to its members.
