Right now you're on the Free plan. Upgrading gets you a higher daily limit for two features together — AI Stamp (scanning stamps to identify them) and your Albums — as one combined membership, not two separate ones.
- Go to the Upgrade page.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing — tap whichever you prefer.
- You'll see a row of tiers to choose from (like Silver, Gold, Platinum), each showing how many items per day it allows you. The one marked "Recommended" is a good middle option if you're not sure which to pick.
- Choose how to pay:
- Pay Online — a secure payment window opens right away and it's done instantly.
- Pay Offline — if you've already paid another way, enter the payment reference number and upload a photo or PDF of your proof of payment. This goes to our team for review before it's approved.
- If you already have an active membership, you won't be able to buy another one on top of it — you'll just see a message saying when it expires. You can renew once you're within 1 month of that date.
- If you started an upgrade but didn't finish paying, coming back to this page will show you that unfinished request, with a button to complete the payment or cancel it — you won't have to start over from scratch.
