Office Bearers

What this is: Listing your club's leadership — President, Secretary, and so on.
Where: Go to My Account → My Clubs, and tap "Bearers" on your club's card.

"Office Bearers" just means the people who hold official positions in your club. This section lets you list them so they show up on your club's page.

1. Tap to add someone, then choose their Role from a list: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member, or Other. If you pick "Other," a box appears where you type the exact title yourself, like "Joint Secretary."
2. Choosing the person: if they're already a member of the site, you can search for and pick their real profile. If they're not on the site, that's fine too — you can just type their name in by hand instead.
3. You can optionally add a photo of them, and the dates they started and (if it has an end date) finished in that role.
4. If you're listing more than one office bearer, you can choose the order they appear in on your page.
5. If you picked a real member from the site, they'll automatically get a notification telling them they've been added.
